At Velurra Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This website is owned and operated by Abe global LLC.
1. Returns & Eligibility Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at velurrabeauty1@kaffeeschluerfer.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Shopify Payments/Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at velurrabeauty1@kaffeeschluerfer.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will ship a replacement order immediately at no extra cost to you.
